She was encouraging and willing to go different directions than original thoughts. Wendy was so encouraging and worked with the local lender I selected and was able to get finance numbers sometimes before I asked. Definitely a 5 star realtor!

Wendy Gockley is a kind, polite, and considerate woman. She did an outstanding job serving as an intermediary guiding us through market analysis, negotiation, and complex paperwork to ensure a successful and fair transition in the purchase of our mobile home. She answered all of our questions as we had several as we were buying our house from California. She coordinated our home inspection and negotiated any repairs, f any. If I had to sell my home, she would be the first persin we would ask. Wendy is definitely a go/getter as a real estate agent!!!! ?

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing. She was always available, incredibly patient, and never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or asking for too much. She took us back to properties repeatedly, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and truly took the time to understand our needs. What I appreciated most was that she never asked us to compromise on what was important to us. Instead, she remained optimistic and kept believing that the right property was out there. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even taking the time to contact townships and research answers to questions we had. She was always willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions. And in the end, we closed on the perfect property -- one that literally had everything on our list of needs and so much more. We truly couldn't have done it without her. She is genuine, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to her clients. Somewhere along the way, she went from being our realtor to becoming a friend, which says so much about the kind of person she is. I would recommend her without hesitation and I would choose her over and over again.
