Leah was Amazing helping us sell our home. She was on top of everything! She kept in contact with us through the whole time. She had great advice of how to get your house ready for the sale. Dawn Brill-Cooper and her team at Berkshire Hathaway were effective, clear, and credible in their advice and paperwork, and there was constant dialog between them and myself. There was a hiccup with the seller of the house we were buying two days before closing, and Dawn and her team worked diligently to com up with a creative but viable solution. I love the house we bought, but if we were to ever sell it Dawn is the only one we would ask to help us sell it. She rocks, her team is awesome, and I had the least stressful time I could imagine selling our home and buying another as a result.
