I would like to start by saying that my wife and I were more then happy with the work and effort that Dawn Brill Cooper put into not only selling our house on Clark Street but also with the undivided attention and consistency she gave my wife and I when it came to finding and showing us any and all homes that we wanted to see. The caring and understanding she expressed to us through out our experience with Berkshire Hathaway will go unmatched We will definitely recommend her to all our friends and family. Leah Landis has been and just is, amazingly fantastic. I can't even begin to say enough. She's persistently patient with our novice questions, she's unwaveringly positive and hopeful, and yet she's authentic and humorous and so down to earth and easy going and practical. She's honest, very helpful + knowledgeable about the business. She knows our priorities and seeks them out. She has an uncanny talent of being available at all hours of the day to text or call or email or do whatever needs done. I'd recommend her many times over to anyone, for real. God knew what He was doing when He set us up with such a fantastic realtor as we embarked on this house hunt and, as Leah optimistically believed, we found a house we truly, truly love.
