Wendy Gockley is a kind, polite, and considerate woman. She did an outstanding job serving as an intermediary guiding us through market analysis, negotiation, and complex paperwork to ensure a successful and fair transition in the purchase of our mobile home. She answered all of our questions as we had several as we were buying our house from California. She coordinated our home inspection and negotiated any repairs, f any. If I had to sell my home, she would be the first persin we would ask. Wendy is definitely a go?getter as a real estate agent!!!! ?

Wendy is a wonderful agent. She was always quick with an answer. Checked houses out for little details I forgot. I learned a LOT from her. She was encouraging and willing to go different directions than original thoughts. Wendy was so encouraging and worked with the local lender I selected and was able to get finance numbers sometimes before I asked. Definitely a 5 star realtor!
