Dawn has bought one house and sold two houses for my family, my wife and I partnered with Dawn after she represented my kids and after 2+ months with a different realtor of minimal showings, no offers, and the only suggested remedy being lower the price... Dawn was respectful and professional handling the transition from one realtor to another and had our house sold with an offer we were happy with within 2 weeks. I am convinced that had we went with Dawn initially, we would have sold quickly and been able to take advantage of a hotter market with lower rates. Dawn was still able to get us a great offer even with the market cooling off. Our buyers experienced a couple hurdles and Dawn 'managed' my family professionally, with full transparency, and kept our interest at the forefront at all times. I would recommend Dawn to any prospective buyer or seller in the area.
