I had put off contacting a realtor for a while! So when I finally contacted Dawn I was immediately put at ease. She was so personable, kind, and very accessible. We relied on her expertise since we had never purchased a house before. She was very encouraging has a great eye for detail, and made the whole process very enjoyable!!!!
