Dawn was amazing! Very patient and encouraging through the entire process! Kept reminding us not to settle for something adequate, but to keep pursueing something that we really wanted. We appreciated her honesty, frankness and expertise. Not once did we feel pressured by her. She was always upbeat and willing to check out more homes until we found one that we really liked. Kept encouraging my wife when she got discouraged. Scott Brill was very patient and helpful also after we decided what property we wanted to purchase. Dawn and Scott are top shelf professionals and we would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

Wow wow wow! What an amazing realtor! Dawn is so caring and you see it clearly through her work. She clearly cared about us and made sure we were well taken care of. There were so many instances when we asked for something without really expecting to get it (like an answer to a question, or getting information about a home, etc.) and she would surprise us by going above and beyond every time! She was also so knowledgeable and almost always had answers to our questions about the process, and if she didn't have the answer, she would figure it out right away. It was seriously such a pleasure to work with her and I would just always highly recommend her.
