Leah Landis is truly the best realtor you could ask for. She services home sales in many areas, not just Lancaster. She is honest, patient, punctual, efficient, flexible, intelligent, and DANG GOOD AT HER JOB! She spent her time going over the various steps in the sale process of a home. She made sure I understood the ways I could give my home the BEST possible chance of selling. She was kind when I would panic, she was available when I needed to ask her something (via various contact forms) and persistent with anything that needed completed/signed/investigated etc. She looked out for MY best interest, not her own. She adapted to ME. She really felt a family member when working with her! She was pleasant with my son when he was around and respected my time. Her first visit had many positives as I mentioned but one thing I remember appreciating the most about her initial visit was that she did a walk through with me and told me the various ways my home could succeed. Some things you don't want to hear about your house because it is perfect to you, but she was able to look at the home from a different angle and politely communicate various areas of improvement. Oh and she makes sure she gets PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS for your home! Those were awesome! I was worried about the photos because it was on a very gloomy day but the young lady who took the photos was amazing! She was quick and the photos turned out better than I could have imagined!

From the very start Leah has been amazing! She is a fast responder at all hours of the day/night. She literally makes herself available 24/7. She is so encouraging and positive even when there are bumps in the road. Leah, gives you a huge sense of peace in what could be a very overwhelming time. I am a first time home owner and was so stressed and every single day she eased my anxiety. I would shout from the rooftops for anyone and everyone to use Leah as their real estate agent. She will not disappoint. Actually, she'll go above and beyond for you just like she did for us. We are overwhelmed with gratitude that she helped make our dreams a reality!

Leah was AMAZING! Throughout the whole process, she was with us every step of the way. We weren't even thinking about selling until we found a home we fell in love with. We made an offer on contingency that our house would be sold before we went under contract for the dream house. Leah was always theee for motivation, offering assistance, answering your dumb questions at all hours of the day. She spared no efforts in getting our home listed, with all of the marketing tools she had, to have it sell in 3 days with MULTIPLE offers. I cannot give her a higher recommendation!! 10/10
