When thinking about selling our home, we were overwhelmed. Our house needed work to get maximum price for it. We also were selling my mother's house, due to my father's recent passing. We were approached about switching agents and considering Leah Landis, an acquaintance of a family member, to guide us through selling two houses and purchasing a new home with in-law quarters. We met with Leah and knew she was the right fit. She found the good in our current house when we could only see issues and helped us focus on items to fix before listing. She also helped highlight the positives in my mother's house and listed it within a few days after we met. Leah went above and beyond to make contacts in our behalf and walk us through each step of this stressful process. Both houses sold within a week of each other. The search for a new house to meet our unique needs had it's ups and downs, but Leah was persistent in her search. She was flexible with her personal schedule to show us many houses until we settled on the perfect one for us. Leah negotiated with the sellers to get us the best price and would not back down even though she was feeling under the weather at that time. Even after being under contract, Leah stood by us to make sure our new house was properly inspected and corrections made in a timely manner. Her tinastisty and leadership skills are amazing. Words cannot express our gratitude for Leah's dedication to our family in helping us move on from a difficult year and look forward to new beginnings in our new home!

Leah Landis is truly the best realtor you could ask for. She services home sales in many areas, not just Lancaster. She is honest, patient, punctual, efficient, flexible, intelligent, and DANG GOOD AT HER JOB! She spent her time going over the various steps in the sale process of a home. She made sure I understood the ways I could give my home the BEST possible chance of selling. She was kind when I would panic, she was available when I needed to ask her something (via various contact forms) and persistent with anything that needed completed/signed/investigated etc. She looked out for MY best interest, not her own. She adapted to ME. She really felt a family member when working with her! She was pleasant with my son when he was around and respected my time. Her first visit had many positives as I mentioned but one thing I remember appreciating the most about her initial visit was that she did a walk through with me and told me the various ways my home could succeed. Some things you don't want to hear about your house because it is perfect to you, but she was able to look at the home from a different angle and politely communicate various areas of improvement. Oh and she makes sure she gets PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS for your home! Those were awesome! I was worried about the photos because it was on a very gloomy day but the young lady who took the photos was amazing! She was quick and the photos turned out better than I could have imagined!
